Visit our website and click Sign Up. You will need a valid university email address from one of our supported institutions. Once you’ve registered and verified your email, you can browse courses available for your university and start purchasing.

We currently offer courses for students at Concordia University, McGill University, the University of British Columbia (UBC), the University of Texas at Austin, and Southern Methodist University (SMU). Follow us on social media for announcements about new universities.

You will have access to the course materials until the end of the semester in which you purchased the course. This allows you to review the content as often as needed throughout the term, helping you stay prepared and confident for your exams.*

*Semesters are defined according to your university’s official academic calendar.

Once you’ve enrolled in a course, you can access all your materials and recordings through your course dashboard. Simply log in with your account credentials and navigate to your course — everything is organized by category (Weeklies, Crash Courses, Mock Exams) with progress tracking built in.

You may access your course materials on up to three verified devices: one laptop or desktop computer, one tablet, and one phone. Each device is verified through our platform on first use. This gives you the flexibility to study at your desk, on the couch, or on the go.

No, there’s no limit! You can watch the recorded sessions as many times as you like until the end of the semester. This allows you to review the content at your own pace and ensure you fully understand the material.

You may request a full refund up to five (5) days after your purchase date, as long as you have not accessed, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise viewed any portion of the course materials. Once any part of the content has been accessed, or once the five-day period has elapsed, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased materials, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@checkmarktutorials.com.

If you need to retake a course, contact us and we’ll review your access options. Eligibility may require an official transcript showing the final course grade.

Yes, you can switch to a different course if needed, as long as you haven’t accessed the course materials for the original course and the price of the new course is equivalent or less than the original course. Contact our support team for assistance with the switch.

We accept all major credit cards. For eligible Weeklies plans, we may also offer payment plans. The exact schedule and eligibility are displayed at checkout when available.

Yes, payment plans may be available for eligible Weeklies plans. Availability, cutoff dates, and installment schedules vary by semester and are shown before checkout. Crash courses, mock exams, and other standalone products are not eligible for payment plans.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is licensed for use by a single individual only. Our automated systems actively monitor for account sharing, and any account determined to be shared between two or more people will be immediately suspended without refund. We encourage each student to sign up for their own account to ensure uninterrupted access.

Our platform includes an AI-powered support assistant that can help you with questions about your enrolment, course access, payments, and more. If your issue requires further attention, the assistant can create a support ticket on your behalf. You can access it from the Support section of your dashboard.

The AI Tutor is an interactive, course-specific learning assistant available as an add-on to select plans. It offers three modes: Teaching (concept explanations drawn from your course materials), Practice (AI-generated exercises with feedback), and Q&A (answers to your course-related questions). The AI Tutor adapts to your mastery level and remembers context from your previous sessions. It is not a replacement for your instructor — always verify important information independently.

Each course has its own community boards where you can connect with fellow students, ask questions, and discuss course material. You can create posts, reply to others, upvote helpful content, and follow threads to get notified of new replies. Navigate to the Community section from your dashboard to get started.

You earn Checkmark Rewards when you make purchases on the platform. Rewards points accumulate in your profile and can be redeemed toward discounts on future purchases. Higher loyalty tiers earn points at a faster rate. Please note that unused points expire at the end of the academic year. Visit the My Rewards page in your dashboard to view your balance, tier status, and expiry date.
