01 What if I can’t make it to a live session?

No worries! All of our live sessions are recorded and made available to you. You can watch the recordings at your convenience, ensuring that you never miss out on any important material, no matter your schedule.

02 How long do I have access to the course?

You will have access to the course materials until the end of the semester in which you purchased the course. This allows you to review the content as often as needed throughout the term, helping you stay prepared and confident for your exams.*

*Semesters are defined according to your university’s official academic calendar.

03 What if I don’t pass the course?

We’ve got you covered! If you don’t pass the course, you may retake any pre-recorded or live online group tutoring services you purchased for that course at no additional cost*. This free repeat option is designed to support your learning journey without the worry of extra expenses.

*An official transcript showing the final course grade is required.

04 How many devices can I use to access the course?

You may access your course materials on up to two different types of devices. This flexibility lets you study when and where it’s most convenient—whether on your laptop at home or on your tablet while on the go.

05 What is your refund policy?

Live Sessions: You may request a full refund 72 hours prior to the course start date, provided you have not accessed any course materials. We understand that plans can change, and we’re committed to ensuring you only pay for services you use.
Pre-Recorded Courses: You may request a full refund up to five (5) days after purchase date as long as you have not accessed, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise viewed any portion of the course materials. Once any part of the content has been accessed, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable. 

06 When will I receive the materials for live sessions?

You will receive the course materials 24 to 48 hours before the live session begins. While reviewing the material in advance is optional, it’s not required to benefit from the session (with the exception of Mock Exams). Our live classes are designed to be engaging and informative, whether you’ve had a chance to review the materials beforehand or not.

07 What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Additionally, we offer flexible payment plans for select course bundle packages to help make our services more accessible throughout the semester.*

08 Can I switch courses after purchasing?

Yes, you can switch to a different course if needed, as long as you haven't accessed the course materials for the original course and the price of new course is equivalent or less than the original course. Contact our support team for assistance with the switch.

How do I access my course materials and recordings?

Once you’ve enrolled in a on-demand or pre-recorded course, you can access all your course materials and recordings through our online portal*. Simply log in with your account credentials, and you’ll find everything organized under your course dashboard.

10 Is there a limit to how many times I can watch the recorded sessions?

No, there’s no limit! You can watch the recorded sessions as many times as you like until the end of the semester. This allows you to review the content at your own pace and ensure you fully understand the material.

11 Can I share my account with a friend?

To maintain the integrity and quality of our services, each account is intended for individual use only. Sharing your account details with others is against our terms of service and can get your account suspended. We encourage each student to sign up for their own account.

12 Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we periodically offer discounts and promotions, especially for new users and during special events. Be sure to follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on the latest offers.

13 What kind of support is available if I have questions during the course?

Any questions about course content can be submitted directly to instructors through our online platform—simply look for the question area on the page of the material you’re reviewing. 14 What happens if a live session is canceled?

In the rare event that a live session is canceled, we will notify you as soon as possible and either reschedule the session or provide a recorded alternative. Your learning experience is our top priority, and we’ll ensure you have access to all the necessary content.

15 How do I know if a specific tutoring services is right for me?

We provide detailed course descriptions and helpful explainer videos on our website to help you choose the right tutoring service. If you’re still unsure, our support team is happy to assist you in selecting the option that best fits your academic needs and goals.
